Paul is a great host. He sent reminders and instructions clearly for easy check in and out. When we had questions and messaged him, he always responded fast. His place is very clean and the amenities are sufficient to feel like home. The location is only 15 mins driving to almost all Las Vegas locations. I highly recommend Paul’s bnb for anyone visiting Las Vegas.

The condo is in a very convenient location. Fifteen minutes to the strip and the same to get to Red Rocks. Restaurants and shopping minutes away. Recommend a restaurant called the 808 if you’re in the mood for Asian fusion food. Condo is well equipped and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. Bed and couch are comfortable. We especially appreciated the balcony. The temperature reached the 90’s during our stay but it remained cool enough on the tree shaded balcony that we could sit outside. Paul was a great host and communicator. The coffee machine died and Paul was quick to buy a replacement and bring it to the house. We really enjoyed our stay. I recommend without hesitation.

Paul was such a great host! My reservation was made on extremely short notice — literally just a few hours before check-in — and Paul responded incredibly fast. He was always available and ready to help if anything was needed. The apartment was sparkling clean and immediately felt like home: cozy, comfortable, and very relaxing. The thoughtful little amenities in both the kitchen and bathroom were such a pleasant touch and made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Paul as a host!

The condo was neat and clean, well equipped. Very private and easy to access. Was just as described on the post, was perfect for our needs. Condo located near tons of shops and restaurant. Flex check out available if you need more time. Paul was very quick in responding to any questions. Thank you Paul!

Fantastic apartment in Vegas! Perfect location just off the strip which meant that it felt peaceful yet was within walking distance to everything! The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The balcony is a huge bonus - we loved sitting out there with a coffee in the morning or watching the sunset with a drink in the evening. Highly highly recommend this place. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We had a really lovely stay here. The place is very cute, cozy, and well maintained, and it had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our trip. It was also very clean and thoughtfully arranged. The apartment is a little close to the road, so you can hear cars passing by from time to time, but it was nothing too disruptive for us. We also had great communication with the host throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this place to other guests.

Lokalizacja apartamentu jest rewelacyjna. Hotel ma wewnętrzne połączenie z kultowym hotelen Bellagio i Cosmopolitan. Dodatkowym bonusem była mozliwosc korzystania z pięknego basenu hotelu Aria. Sugeruje wymianę sofy. Jej stan jest mocno wyeksploatowany .W naszym przypadku służyła jako miejsce do spania dla osoby dorosłej, co niestety było bardzo niekomfortowe. Aneks kuchenny nie był wykorzystywany, gdyż nie było żadnego wyposażenia ( garnki, patelnia, noże)poza talerzami i miseczkami. Liczyłam, że śniadania będziemy mogli przygotowywać sami, nie było to jednak możliwe.

Paul's place was very nice and felt newly remodeled. It was clean, accurately described and in a great location. Paul responded quickly to any questions that I had. I would definitely book again when I'm in Vegas.

This was my first time booking an Airbnb for my family and I, and I’m so glad I did my research and found Paul’s place! We love the location and surrounding areas, Paul is very responsive, we felt comfortable, the place is very clean and minimal (just how I like it), and most importantly we felt safe! I’d definitely plan to book our next stay with Paul and MJ again. Thank you! 🙂

I decided to book a last-minute staycation for my 50th birthday. The host was amazing and got me all booked up in a suite on the same day. They were wonderful to deal with and very proactive in addressing any potential concerns. They even went so far as to get me late checkout, which I definitely needed. The room was big and the view was exceptional, you have a view from downtown all the way to South Point. I didn’t get to use the shower or tub but they looked amazing. Love love love this host will definitely be booking any future staycations through them in the future!
