This is a keyless entry. The door code and check in instructions will be provided 24-48 hours prior to arrival. No parties or special events allowed as this is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We do NOT provide cable service. We do offer tv streaming using your own account login for your convenience. 2 level home with stairs. Unauthorized late check out is subject to penalty fees so please check out on time unless previously approved by us. 🚫🐾 1 Pet allowed per stay. A $150 pet fee will be collected through airbnb after booking. All guests must clean up after their pet’s feces. A $400 penalty if dog feces are found in the backyard, side yard or inside the home. 🎥 Ring camera doorbell is by front door to monitor activity within the exterior perimeter of the home only. It is not intended to violate our guest’s privacy. 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦 Please note...there is a ring doorbell located at the entrance of the property. This is solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation. We only provide a starter supply kit of laundry soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bags enough to last 4-5 days. We do not replenish supplies for longer stays.
