I had a wonderful stay at this property. Paul was incredibly attentive and responded quickly to every question, which made the entire experience feel smooth and welcoming. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared—clearly cared for with intention. I’ve stayed in many rentals throughout my travels, and this one stands out for its hospitality and overall ease. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant getaway.

I've been to Vegas several times, but this was the first time I brought my child. I had never been to the Signature before, but now I will never stay anywhere else if I stay at the strip with my family. With no casino or nightclub in the building, everything was very peaceful. The valet was so friendly and helpful and check-in was great. The apartment itself had a living room with a great foldout couch for our kid, and a private master bedroom with master bathroom felt so luxurious to me and my wife. We regret not having enough time to try the large soaking jettub. We enjoyed that the balcony faced Topgolf so it was more quiet than any balcony I've ever had in Vegas. There was a heated pool open when we visited (November). There is a private walkway to the MGM Grande that enters it right by a Crepe/Acai Bowl food stand which provided great healthy options for breakfast that we enjoyed

Paul’s place is a rare find in Las Vegas. Minutes from the strip but private in the MGM Signature towers. The spot is spacious, clean and homey. The huge balcony was the win for my boyfriend and I. We enjoyed the glowy view of the strip and the full moon while we were in town. The bathroom is bigger than most hotel rooms on the strip, there was even relaxing bath soak available after a long day of walking. All and all we had an amazing time and would rebook Paul’s place in a heartbeat.

We stay at the Signatures often so we can compare units. Easy check in, valet was fast and friendly. This unit was overall clean and the kitchen was fully stocked for making meals. Had a great view from the balcony and nice furniture to sit. Bed was very comfy and clean. Extra towels and cleaning supplies were nice for our extended stay. Ice machine on floor worked which is a bonus for us , it can be a hassle to go to a different floor if broke. There were a couple maintenance things that needed to be attended to so I let them know and they said they’d fix those. Couple stains on the rug which is typical for Vegas. Overall 4/5.

Paul’s home was the perfect stay for myself and my brothers. The gated community was lovely, safe and quiet. Everything was well stocked for our arrival and check in was as smooth as could be. He was extremely responsive and accommodating with everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This property is exactly as described. I booked this property for 2 nights to attend a music festival. The location is great (15 minutes or less from the airport, and close to all the restaurants I wanted, as well as to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds). Check in and check out were a breeze. Starbucks in the adjoining tower is a massive plus. All of my expectations were met and I had absolutely no regrets about this listing. Thank you!

Great house!!! I very much enjoyed my stay at Mariel's home. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, gas stations, banks, the 215 Freeway, Durango Hotel and about 12 minutes from the strip. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Rent with confidence!!

Paul’s place was beautiful! It looked just like the pictures and was right on the strip. It felt safe because we were inside of a gated hotel with guards. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
