Per MGM Signature policy, there are only four guests maximum in the studio suite. Book with confidence! We are a legally permitted Airbnb property with an active (1.) NV business license and (2.) Clark County vacation rental permit. Clark county Clark County Department of Fire and Prevention inspected and approved.
Other Details to Note
You must be 21 years old to book. MGM Signature will need a valid government issued ID that matches the name on your reservation and a credit card upon check in at the front desk. A $100/night up to $300 per stay holding deposit will be preauthorized by MGM Signature for incidentals. Any requests for additional towels and toiletries must be directly messaged to us at least 24 hours prior. Our independent cleaners will charge a $35 for extra supplies as a standard amenity kit provided upon arrival are enough towels and toiletries for up to a 3 day stay.

FREE use of MGM washers and dryers for reservations of seven days or longer. Laundry room is located near the Tower 2 lobby, accessible by key card.
